Life Legacy
MELROSE V. CICCOTELLI, 81, Deming resident passed away Wednesday June 8, 2011 at Mimbres Memorial Hospital.
Funeral services will be today, Friday June 10, 2011, at 11 o’clock at Baca’s Funeral Chapel with Darrell Witmer of the first Christian Church officiating. Concluding services and interment will follow at Mountain View Cemetery.
She was born July 15, 1929 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania to Mary Vehiccio and Nick Santangelo. Melrose was a homemaker. On August 5, 1950 she married Nick Robert Ciccotelli in Pitcairn, PA. They moved to Deming 23 years ago where their family joined them later. She will be very much loved and missed by friends and family.
Melrose is survived by 2 sons, Gary Ciccotelli, Wayne Ciccotelli and his wife Patty all of Deming; granddaughter, Jaclyn Ciccotelli of Deming; brother-in-law, Steve Ciccotelli and many relatives in Pennsylvania.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Nick and Mary Santangelo, her husband, Nick Ciccotelli on August 26, 2009; 2 sisters, Katie Ventresco, Margaret Peggy Gongloff; 3 brothers, Sam, John and Rossi Santangelo.
Serving as pallbearers will be the members of the Luna County Sherriff’s office.
