Anthony Manuel Gomez

Anthony Manuel Gomez, 26, life-long Deming resident passed away Thursday October 18, 2018 in Aztec, NM. Cremation has been entrusted to Baca’s Mimbres Crematory and no services will be held.

Anthony was born December 14, 1991 in Las Cruces to Alice Lewis and Keith Snow. He lived a majority of his life in Deming before moving to Aztec, NM a few months ago. At the time of his passing he was employed at Professional Restoration and Cleaning Company in Aztec, NM. Before moving to Aztec, he was a volunteer at the Sunshine Fire Department for 4 years and truly enjoyed helping and serving the people of the Deming community. He was known as a very simple man to many. Anthony enjoyed the outdoors and fruits of nature which included camping and fishing. He had a loved for automotive work and vehicles, also a very unique collection of swords and knifes. Edgar Allen Poe was an American author and poet that Anthony really was inspired by. His poems and stories were a thing Anthony really enjoyed to read. He had a tremendous amount of compassion and love towards all who entered his life, especially his family. He loved his family and spent every minute he could with them. He will be truly be missed and loved by all.

Survivors include his parents, Keith Snow of Deming and Alice Snow of Tyler, TX; 5 brothers, Jonathan Chavez, Manny Rivera, Jaime Lopez, Trevor Snow and Ramiro Flores; 4 sisters, Kassandra Alamillo, Begnina Chavez, Mireya Lopez, and Kayla Flores. Survivors also include grandparents Kineth and Patricia Snow, and Mary Lou Lewis.

Preceding him in death are a Grandfather, Richard Borunda and a Uncle, Patrick Borunda.
