Eluteria Fuentes Cano

Eluteria Fuentes Cano, 92, Deming resident passed away Sunday September 15, 2019 at her home.

Visitation will be Tuesday September 17, 2019 from 4 PM to 6 PM at Baca’s Funeral Chapel. Funeral Service will take place Wednesday September 18, 2019 at 10 o’clock in the morning at Baca’s Funeral Chapel.  Concluding services and interment will follow at Mountain View Cemetery.

Eluteria was born February 20, 1927 to Juana Herrera and Zenon Fuentes in Nopala de Villagran, Hidalgo, Mexico.  She was a homemaker and a member of Kingdom Hall of Jehovah Witnesses. 

She is survived by her husband, Frumencio Cano of the home; children, Maria de Luz Cano, Jesus Cano and his wife Adela both of Deming, Marcos Cano of Mexico, Esteban Cano and his wife Hilda, Benjamin Cano and his wife Lucy, Maria Luisa Vasquez, Belen Cano, Guadalupe Carrillo and her husband Marco all of Deming and Raquel Cano of Mexico; 43 grandchildren, 76 great-grandchildren and 15 great-great-grandchildren.

Preceded in death by her parents, 2 sons, Saturnino Lugo and Gaudencio Cano.
