Janet Martin Obituary

Janet L. Martin passed away on Friday, December 7, 2018 at her residence.

A Graveside Service will take place on Friday, December 14, 2018 at eleven o’clock in the morning at Fort Bayard National Cemetery. Janet will be laid to rest next to her beloved husband.

Janet was born February 8, 1925 in Harvard, New York to Bessie L. VonArx Houck and Harry R. Houck.

Janet is survived by her children, Deborah and David Vargas of Silver City and Mary Creese of Santa Clara; six grandchildren and several great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Robert W. Martin; sisters, Marjorie E. Hamlet and Marion A. Carpenter; brothers, Merle Houck and Lloyd H. Houck; daughter, Sue Ann Cabebe.
