John William Griner

John William Griner, 58, Deming resident passed away Thursday October 3, 2019 at his home.

A Memorial Service will take place Friday October 11, 2019 at the American Legion.  A bike run will take place at 11 o’clock and concluding with  a gathering of friends and family back at the American Legion. Cremation has been entrusted to Baca's Mimbres Crematory.

John was born May 7, 1961 to Gail Archibell and Earl Griner in Macon, Georgia.  John and his wife Betsy moved to Deming over a year and a half ago coming from Georgia.  John served his country honorably in the US Marine Corp and was a member of the American Legion locally. 

He is survived by his wife, Beatrice “Betsy” Bunce of the home; parents, Earl and Gail Griner of Roswell, GA; sons, Jackson Alexander Griner of Macon, GA; Ryan Atchison Bunce of Lakewood, CO; and sister, Shari Holskjaer and her husband Lars of London, England
