Johnny Rodriguez

JOHN P. RODRIGUEZ, 50, resident of Elephant Butte, formerly of Santa Clara, passed away in T or C.

He was born January 6, 1969 in Silver City to Florence J. Rodriguez. He worked with the Park Service at Elephant Butte Reservoir and State Park. He loved nature and being outdoors, heavy metal, was a NY Yankee and NY Giants fan and loved spending time with family. He loved and was very proud of his three children.

John is survived by his three children John Paul(Victoria) of Ranchos Palos Verdes, CA, Nikki(Brady) of Taylor, AZ, Jane Precious(Norman) of Taylor, AZ and two grandchildren. His fiance Cynthia Henry, her two sons, Zach(Becky), CJ and his little buddy Zach Jr. of the home. His brother Larry Rodriguez(Titania) of Clinton, MD, sister Susie Rodriguez(Myron) of Odenton, MD. , brother Susano Rodriguez Jr.(Ruth) of Hurley, Bridgette Ochoa of Vienna, VA and numerous nieces and nephews. John was preceded in death by his parents Susano L. Rodriguez, Sr. in 1987 and Florence J. Rodriguez in 2013.

Cremation has been entrusted to Baca's Funeral Chapels in Silver City.  Memorial services will be held at Upper Gallina's campgrounds in the Black Range(Hwy 152) on Saturday, October 5, 2019 at 1pm.
