Rose M Esparza

Rose M. Esparza, 70, Deming resident passed away Wednesday July 17, 2019 at her home.

Visitation will be Wednesday July 24, 2019 beginning at 4 o’clock in the afternoon at Baca’s Funeral Chapel with a rosary service to follow at 6 o’clock led by Melissa Erivez.  Mass of the Christian Burial will be celebrated Thursday July 25, 2019 at 11 o’clock in the morning at Saint Ann’s Catholic Church.  Fr. Manuel F. Ibarra, Pastor will officiate.  Cremation will follow at Baca’s Mimbres Crematory. 

Rose was born November 27, 1948 to Josephine Hernandez and David Guzman in Los Angeles, California. She was a communicant of St. Ann’s Catholic Church and a homemaker.  She moved to Deming in 2013 coming from Los Angeles, CA.

She is survived by her husband Manuel Esparza of the home; 4 daughters, Jennie Marie Leyva, Anna C. Leyva, Jessika J. Leyva all of Deming, Natalie Rose Leyva of CA; 2 brothers, Arthur Vasquez of Deming, John Hernandez of CA; sister, Nancy Hernandez of CA; 4 grandchildren, Mariah, Thomas, Lorenzo and Ricardo Benavides. 

Pallbearers will be Arthur Vasquez, John Hernandez, Mario Vasquez, Raymond Velez, Melissa Erivez and Jennie Leyva. Honorary pallbearers are Thomas Benavides Jr. and Lorenzo Benavides.
