Aubree Sue Sepulveda

Aubree S. Sepulveda, 26, of Bayard passed away at her residence on Thursday, August 24, 2023. Cremation has been entrusted to the care of Baca’s Funeral Chapels.

A Recitation of the Holy Rosary will begin at ten o’clock in the morning on Tuesday, September 5, 2023 at Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church in Bayard, NM. The Memorial Mass will take place at ten-thirty. The Rite of Committal and Inurnment will follow at the Santa Clara Cemetery in Santa Clara, New Mexico. Father Martin Okonkwo is officiating.

Honorary Pallbearers are Rodney and Samuel Aguirre, Luis Muñoz, Ernest Alcorta, Rudy Mesa, Joseph Sepulveda, Richard Dominguez, and Averee Sepulveda.

Aubree was born December 19, 1996 in Silver City, NM to Susan O. Alcorta and Joseph L. Sepulveda.

She was a beautiful person with the brightest smile who was loved by many. She always defended her loved ones. She enjoyed taking rides out to the mountains; going for walks; listening to music; eating hot Cheetos and dancing. Her most joy-filled days were having cookouts surrounded by family and friends, listening to oldies and watching her nieces and nephews.

 Aubree is preceded in death by her aunt, Maria Pedraza and her stepfather, Joe M. Aguirre.

She is survived by her parents, Joseph Sepulveda and Susan Garcia; grandparents, Reina G. Sepulveda, Henry Alcorta (Cecilia) and Ruth Garcia; brothers, Rodney Aguirre (Zamara) and Samuel Aguirre (Monique Gonzales); her sister, Averee Sepulveda; half-sister, Brandi Alcorta; nieces, Zariah, Zanaeh, Kyshae, and Serenity Rose Aguirre; nephews, Joe Aguirre and Samuel Aguirre Jr.; many aunts and uncles.
