Consuelo "Connie" M. (Alvarez) Perrault

Our loving wife & mother Consuelo Perrault, also known as “Connie” passed away peacefully at her home surrounded by her family on Friday, November 29, 2024. Connie was born April 7, 1935 in Deming, New Mexico to Belisario Alvarez and Perfecta Molinar.

She lived in Deming all her life & married her childhood sweetheart, Anthony Perrault. They remained married for 71 years & raised their 7 children. She was grandmother to 18 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.

Connie was very well known in the community & her joy was visiting with people. Her laughter & talkative nature was contagious. She loved helping her children & was a caregiver to her parents & other family members. She worked timelessly alongside her husband to operate serval businesses which included Perrault Tire Company & The Cactus Restaurant. Even after retirement she remained active, there was no slowing her down. Connie will be greatly missed by many.

She is survived by her husband, Anthony Perrault of 71 years; 3 sons, Duane (Nancy) Perrault, Michael Perrault, and Kenneth Perrault; her 2 daughters, Annette (Raul) Guzman and Dolores Perrault; 18 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren; as well as 2 brothers, Belisario and Manuel Alvarez.

Connie was preceded in death by her parents, Belisario and Perfecta Molinar; 2 children, Linda Perrault and Anthony “Tony” Perrault and 4 siblings, Severanio Alvarez, Jose Alvarez, Raymundo Alvarez and Ramona Lucero.

The Recitation of the Holy Rosary was recited on Wednesday, December 4, 2024 at 6 o’clock in the evening at Baca’s Funeral Chapel which was recited by Suzanne Lundy. A Graveside service was held the following day Thursday, December 5, 2024 at 10 o’clock in the morning at Mountain View Cemetery. Pastor David Duffy of D1 Church officiated the graveside service.
