Corliss Burns Obituary

Corliss Elaine Burns, 75, resident of Animas passed away Tuesday, January 11, 2022 at Mimbres Memorial Hospital. Cremation has been entrusted to Baca’s Mimbres Crematory.

Corliss was born August 17, 1946 in Longmont, CO to George and Mary (Troxell) Trevarton. She was a secretary for many years before retiring. Her and her husband Harold moved to Animas in 1998 from Longmont where they made Animas their home until her passing.

She is survived by her husband, Harold of the home; 3 sons, Christopher Burns, Larry and Michael Fishback; 2 daughter, Sandra Entry and Sharon McDoniel; as well as 7 grandchildren.

Corliss is preceded in death by her parents, George and Mary Trevarton and 2 siblings, Larry and Dale Trevarton.
