Elissa Dawn Hunter

Elissa Dawn Hunter, 49, lifelong Deming resident passed away Tuesday December 4, 2018 at Mimbres Memorial Hospital.

Memorial Service will be Wednesday, December 12, 2018 at 1 PM at Bethel Baptist Church. Cremation has been entrusted to Baca's Mimbres Crematory.

“Lisa” as she was affectionately known, was born April 21, 1969 to Bethel Jean Hunter and Elias Chavez in Deming.  She attended the Deming Public Schools and was a homemaker. She loved to cook, spend time with her grandchildren and family.  Her family remembers her as being a fun loving and giving person whose good humor will always be remembered. 

She is survived by Bill Bridle of the home; daughters, Adrieanna Walls of El Paso, TX, Kimberly Hunter of Washington; son, Kyle Bridle of Deming; brother, John Cassidy of Deming; 7 grandchildren, Antonio, Stacie, Laura, Rowkai, Natalie, Jazmyne and Cruzito "Tito".
