Eva M. (Cordova) Carreon

Eva M. Carreon, 64, lifelong Deming resident entered eternal rest on Wednesday, July 22, 2020 at her residence.

A viewing will be held Monday, July 27, 2020 at Baca’s Funeral Chapel from 2-2:45pm. Interment will follow at Mountain View Cemetery at 3 o’clock. Due to the pandemic of Covid-19 mask are required for the protection of our loved ones and community.

Eva was born March 17, 1956 to Manuel Cordova and Lorenza Madrid in Deming. Eva was very giving and helpful to anyone in her life. She would do anything just to lend a helping hand to a loved one or friend. She was also very adventuress and brave. Nothing in this world would hold her back and she did what she could to protect and be strong for her family. She loved her children and grandchildren dearly, they meant the world to her. Your love will light our way. Your memory will forever be with us.

Survivors include her children, Richard and Brenda Casillas both of Deming, Ashley Madrid of Safford; 3 brothers, Danny Cordova, Jessie Cordova and Don Cordova all of Deming; 4 sisters, Ruby Milo of Houston, TX, Sandy Lee of Los Lunas, Rosie Zamora and Clara Kline both of Deming; 12 grandchildren, Nicole, Enrique, Adrianna, Cassandra, Jose, Ariceli, Damian, Gabriella, Alyssa, Kimora, Mason and Alexia; 3 great-grandchildren, Alessandro, Sebastian and Catalina, as well and many extended family members and friends.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Manuel and Lorenza Cordova and 3 brothers, Raymond, Reynaldo and Albert Cordova.

Servings as pallbearers will be Richard Casillas, Jose Reta, Jessie and Danny Cordova.
