Federico Rodriguez Estrada II

Federico Rodriguez Estrada II, 69, longtime Deming resident entered eternal rest on Sunday, October 8, 2023.

A viewing will be held Friday, October 20, 2023 from 4pm to 8pm at Baca’s Funeral Chapel. Visitation will begin the following day from 8 to 10 o’clock in the morning at Baca’s Funeral Chapel with the funeral service to begin at 10 led by Pastor Jose Ramirez. Final interment will take place at Mountain View Cemetery.

Federico was born July 17, 1954 in Nuevo Casas Grandes, Chihuahua to Federico Estrada Sr. and Manuela Rodriguez. He was a very loving and caring father to his family and worked very hard to provide for them, even at home he did everything he could for his family. He was considered a “stay at home father.” Federico was a cook for the nursing home and butcher for many years. He had many characteristics to add to his name but he mainly was known to be a very loving, caring, adorable, strong willed and religious man. He will be dearly missed by his many friends and family.

He is survived by his spouse Maria Estrada; his children Federico (Claudia) Estrada of Glendale, AZ, Adriana (Ivan) Medina, Gricelda and Jeanette Estrada all of Phoenix, AZ; 3 brothers Manuel (Juliana), Pedro (Amalia) and Jose Guadalupe Estrada; 16 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.

Federico is preceded in death by his parents; 3 sisters Socorro, Carmen, and Clara; 2 grandchildren Jose “Chico” and Cindy Estrada. He was most recently preceded in death by his son Jose Estrada who he lost 6 months ago.

Pallbearers will serve as Gabriel Villagomez, Phillip Estrada, Michael Estrada, Dominic Estrada, Peter Estrada, and Juan Carlos Rivera.
