Frances M Medina

Francisca “Frances” M. Medina, 83, of Silver City passed away on Saturday, August 17, 2019 at her residence surrounded by her family.

Cremation has been entrusted to Baca’s Funeral Chapels.  A Graveside Service will take place on Saturday, August 31, 2019 at ten o'clock in the morning at St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Cemetery.

Frances was born on December 3, 1935 in Gila to Cipriano Martinez and Angelita Lujan.  She loved the holidays and visiting with her family and siblings.  Frances will dearly be missed by all who knew and loved her.

Frances is survived by her sons, Ralph Medina, Edward Medina and Frankie Medina; brothers, Cipriano Martinez (Gloria) and Joe Martinez (Maggie); sisters, Lupe Abeyta and Patty Carbajal; 15 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Tony Martinez; sons, Abel Medina, Ray Medina and Jimmy Martinez; sisters, Virginia Saavedra and Priscilla Marquez;  her husband, Abel Martinez Medina Sr.
