Lea Donna Weaver

LEA DONNA WEAVER, 61, resident of Deming passed away Monday July 29, 2024 at Mimbres Memorial Hospital.

Visitation will be Friday morning, August 9, 2024 from 9 to 11 at Baca’s Funeral Chapel where funeral services will begin at 11 with Pastor Larry Merritt officiating.  Cremation will follow at Baca’s Mimbres Crematory

Lea was born April 21, 1963 in Barre, Vermont to Charles and Antoinette (Menard) Miller.  She has been a resident of Deming for 21 years having moved here from Utah.  Lea was a caregiver working in the healthcare field and had also worked in a children’s nursery and as a supermarket cashier.  Her family remembers her especially as being an excellent cook.  Lea was a member of Akela Community Baptist Church.

She is survived by her husband Russell Weaver of Deming; her mother Antoinette Duchaine of Deming; and her sister Charlene Woodard of Deming.
