Rubi Eloisa Hernandez

Rubi Eloisa Hernandez, 19, Columbus resident passed away Thursday July 22, 2021.

Services will take place in Puerto Palomas, Mexico.

Rubi was born January 6, 2002 to Magdalena Maria Huerta and Alejandro Hernandez in Deming.  She attended the Deming Public Schools and was currently employed with Carzalia Farms in Columbus.  Rubi had a great sense of humor, she enjoyed laughing and her presence brought so much joy to all who surrounded her.  Rubi loved to play softball and to dance. She will be remembered for her contagious smile and greatly missed by all who knew her.

She is survived by her parents, Alejandro Hernandez and Magdalena Huerta of the home; siblings, Lucy Hernandez of Midland, TX, Ismael Hernandez of Juarez, MX, Rodolfo Hernandez and his wife Teresa of Deming, Patsy Hernandez and husband Eduardo Madrid, America Hernandez and husband Victor Majalca and Lucia Alexa Hernandez all of Palomas.  Extended family members, nieces, nephews and friends
