I didn’t get the opportunity to spend much time with you outside of work but had the opportunity of experiencing seeing you reveal your true lighthearted and comedic gifts as you become more acquainted with me. It was like watching a normal rose bud bloom into a beautiful and rare rose. You went from a quiet observant woman to an acquaintance who’s smile and sense of humor had the opportunity to brighten the whole area up every time I encountered it. Angels on earth have that uncanny ability to touch people without knowingly doing so.

You are one of those God has sent from heaven....

I just recently attended my Grandfather’s service at Baca’s and I just can’t say enough about this group of people! They were nothing but professional and also very compassionate! The set up was amazing and the blanket they had made for him, that no one knew about, was awesome and brought tears to my eyes! I appreciate your staff for all the hard work that was put into making this special for those that loved him so so much.

We are grateful for the wonderful service we have received from Baca's Funeral Chapels. When our mother, Mary Ryan Darling passed in March 2018, it was the first time I had to deal with arranging a funeral and I had to do it remotely (I live in California and mom was living in Salt Lake City). Baca's made everything simple for us. They recommended a local mortuary to handle things in Salt Lake City, managed transportation to Silver City and made sure the services at a church in Silver City and burial at Ft. Bayard went exactly as we wished. Dad (David Darling) passed recently and when I called Baca's, I knew that everything would be handled in a professional and respectful manner. A memorial for dad was held on WNMU's campus and Baca's coordinated everything with the university. Dad would have loved the full military honors he received at Ft Bayard; also managed by Baca's. With Baca's at helm, we were able to focus on what is really important: honoring mom and dad with family and friends.

Thank you very much for your help and professionalism in the funeral and burial arrangements for my mother. This was a very stressful time for me and my family, and your assistance was the stabilizing influence we needed.

My family were neighbors to Doris and family in Lordsburg from 1951 to 1955 before moving to Deming in summer. God bless her family in this time of mourning. My Mom kept in touch with Doris until Mary Jo passed in 2000.

One of the first things I remember my mother telling me I was honored in being named after her home town. SANTA RITA, New Mexico. Your Tio and Tia Leonard & Connie we're so happy you keeped up a home in New Mexico. On raining days she would tell us of her and your mother had plans. If California ever feel in the ocean. We would all would meet in New Mexico. I remember her telling us folk tales kneeing nun, and the lady who drowned her children and night you could hear them cry. Of course coming from the city we believed any story you told us. It was a special time when you guys visited California. We will always have our New Mexico family. You r always welcome to visit your California family. Love. California family.

Works like Thank You aren't ever enough for folks like you. We felt as if we'd known each other forever and yet we had just met.
